I don’t understand exactly how or when exactly, however I feel such as this whole intuitive eating thing has lastly “clicked” for me. My system was so “off” for so long it took awhile for me to get to understand my hunger signals. yesterday I realized (more than once) when I was hungry as well as full. I understand new born infants understand when they’re hungry as well as it’s not that impressive, however I’m pleased to be able to listen to my body now ?

Before my run I had half an english muffin with PB. I want to keep the practice of eating something before I run on the weekends so my body stays utilized to it.

During my run I had one breakfast on my mind – Camiseta Wolverhampton Wanderers pancakes! I made them with egg beaters, oats, ww flour, vanilla, baking soda as well as cinnamon. very Yum Time!

I tried to “melt” the PB in the microwave to make it simpler to spread – however it burned?! I assumption this because this naturally much more PB has egg whites as well as junk you can’t do that. I had a bit sphere of charcoal in the middle of the lump of PB after 45 seconds in the microwave (and we have a weak micro).

I missed my lunch salad bucket yesterday when I forgot to pick up Rebecca romaine. So, I made a special trip for it on the way home last night. The protein component of today’s lunch was a leftover turkey burger. I heated it with onions to make them a tiny bit milder (especially because I use half a pound!).

I left that on the bottom and piled greens, dressing and chips on top! size does matter

I am only a week and some days away from my Camiseta Sevilla FC marathon (F word!) and thinking about my race pace and goals and pacers. So, this question I got from a reader today is perfect timing…

I am running my first half-marathon in 11 days (October 9) and was wondering what your thoughts were on pace bunnies or pacers?

I discovered on the weekend when I ran a 10K fun run that I have a tendency to get caught up in the craziness of a crowd and therefore started way too fast and fizzled at the end. There will be pacers available for my race (the Okanagan Marathon in Kelowna, BC, Canada) and I think it will be wise, at least at the beginning of the race, to stay with a group. have you ever followed a pacer or pace group in a race before? Thoughts?

I am notorious big for starting out too fast! and I don’t just do it with the crowds on race day – I start out too fast on many many long runs too  

So, I totally believe in pace groups and think they’re awesome. Last year at long beach I lined up by the pace group I wanted to stick with before the start.  I got too excited and just took off away from them after the gun. turns out they caught up with me at mile 17 and proceeded to pass my broken down azz tired legs. I Camiseta Selección de fútbol de Senegal might have been able to stay with them if I wouldn’t have went out too fast, I will never know for sure Camiseta Selección de fútbol de Arabia Saudita – so there’s that.

But, I am a solo runner. It’s just a weird rain man quirk I have, so running with a pace group (or anyone else ever) is foreign to me. However, I am considering running with a pace group for my next race. That final decision will come on race morning, depending on how I feel.

Girl Falls In Race–Inspirational video

How’s it going?! I picked up this pumpkin yogurt at Target Camiseta Bologna FC 1909 today and pumped it up for a snack with cereal and an extra scoop of pumpkin. It’s good (for regular yogurt).

After work I hit up road Runner sports for my much needed shoes. But, after all my back and forth with finally purchasing them – they didn’t have my size. Luckily, the store was able to purchase the old version for a lot less! As long as I get them asap I’m happy!

Dinner was another big salad with roasted broccoli and half of Camiseta Selección de fútbol de España Ben’s taquito. I in some cases call them “taka-titos” because my little brother Matt used to say it like that and I thought it was cute. Not so cute when I say it, but it is what it is.

And Pizza! I was craving pizza all day. just like every other day.

Ben polished off the Pumpkin Camiseta Olympique Marseille Apple Crisp tonight and right away requested more. He even chopped up the apples again to get me started! this time I made the batch bigger in a larger pan lined with graham crackers as a crust.  Took it to another level.

I poured the apples on top of the graham crust, then topped it with the batter and an oat sprinkle.

I’m pretty sure this is what heaven smells like…

Unfortunately, Ben also polished off the ice cream last night (he certainly doesn’t value his life as I may cut him in his sleep). So, I had to eat this normal style.I’m going back for seconds thirds

Yesterday morning I laced up my shoes and was doing a little walking around my tiny condo making coffee, yelling at my cat, checking email…

Cereal killer

I was a cereal killer this morning Camiseta Santos Laguna since I ate this huge bowl of it then added some much more (and then, some more) just because. 12 Miles in the early Morn’

I set my alarm for a few minutes after 5am to get up as well as out the door. I have 12 miles on my routine for today as well as considering that we’ve had a modification of plans I needed to get it done early!

I didn’t feel good, didn’t feel bad. It was okay. I believe I’m getting to the point where I just want to be done. Luckily, I have 2 back to back holidays the week ideal after my race so I will have no option however to NOT RUN.

I got house as well as did 3 minutes of stretching before getting ready. I haven’t been putting on cosmetics or doing my hair lately so it took a great deal longer than I’m utilized to! By the time I was nearly done my tummy was rumbling.

I utilized the leftover broccoli slaw salad to make an egg scramble. Yes, the salad with the chickpeas as well as dressing as well as everything. It’s good! I cooked up the slaw first, then add eggs as well as cheese.

Now we’re on our method to Wrightwood for a funeral. It’s about 2 hours away from house so I’m sure snacks are in buy at some point.

^^^^That was all written this morning on the way, however I didn’t end up getting wi-fi up until I got to my mom’s just now. So, to continued…

The funeral was a event of life as well as it was beautiful. Ben’s co-worker’s spouse passed away after being extremely ill for a extremely long time. I appreciate that funerals remind us to hug out liked ones a bit better <3 After the service we went back to his colleagues home for fellowship, food as well as friends. I don’t get to hang out with the people Ben sees daily extremely frequently so I took pleasure in it. I like a my person in a suit. Then, we headed home. I don’t know this for a fact, but a friend who’s had two babies told me that would be her preference. Noted!

Anyway.

I made them a chicken and stuffing casserole. That’s already frozen and on the way to their home thanks to my mom.

And yesterday I made this Tortilla breakfast Casserole Recipe. It’s very easy and a great way to use up corn tortillas if you don’ t happen to plow through a 50 pack before they get stale.

Tortilla breakfast Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

7 eggs

1/4 cup milk

16 oz. ground sausage

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1 cup mushrooms, cleaned & chopped

2 cups frozen spinach, heat in microwave & squeeze out excess water

8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

corn tortillas

Salt / Pepper / Garlic powder / Chili powder

 

Directions: Pre-heat over to 350 degrees. heat skillet with olive oil, cook onions until translucent. add sausage and cook through. Drain excess fat from pan. add mushrooms & spinach. season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and chili powder to your taste.

Microwave frozen spinach until warm, squeeze out excess water. add to sausage mixture.

Grease 9×9 baking pan. Cover bottom of pan with a layer of tortillas, overlapping slightly. Camiseta Celta de Vigo place half sausage mixture on tortillas. Sprinkle with 1/3 shredded cheese. place another layer of tortillas. Cover with remaining sausage mix and 1/3 of cheese.

Mix eggs and milk thoroughly. season with salt and pepper. thoroughly pour eggs in pan on top of sausage & tortillas. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until practically set. top with remaining cheese and place back in over for another 5 to 10 minutes or until cook through and cheese is melted.
