hello from somewhere off the coast of Alaska! Today is a whole day at sea. We’re on the way to Canada – the last stop before heading back Camiseta LOSC Lille to Seattle and finally home.
I started the day with a short run on the treadmill and yoga Camiseta Flamengo class. The on board yoga is pretty easy (level 1) but I really just like yoga for a good stretch session so this works for me.

Then, I headed back to the room for a shower. I hit up the breakfast buffet – even day has been the same = omelet, fruit, oatmeal, granola and a bite of something sweet or a piece of sausage.
I had a lot of work to do since I’ve been away from my computer a lot this week. So I went to the Internet café to be super productive.
After a few solid hours of work I felt a lot better and went to eat lunch. I enjoy an epic salad bar more than anyone else in the world (trust). I’ve been making amazingly substantial and hooked up salads every day.
Waffles for dessert. Hey, I’m on vacation right?
My mom and I walked around and explored the ship for a Camiseta Selección de fútbol de Bélgica bit. We grabbed some ice cream at some point. I had ice cream and hot tea at the same time to stay warm.
We relaxed for a bit and then went to verify the rumor we heard that 2.5 times around Deck 7 equals a mile.
Spotted!
Then it was time to get ready for the last formal night.
The Wheelhouse for cocktails and then Crown Grill for dinner.
I’ve been waiting the whole trip for the epic chocolate lava cake and finally had it last night. Oh.My.Gosh. Yes. So good.
